'The
Storm-Troubled Sphere'
A sixty sided Rhombicosidodecahedron
was painstakingly cut out in the
challenge to create a
stained glass bead,
before being painted using
traditional enamels to replicate
the storm from Shakespeare’s play.
7cm diameter ‘sphere’ with
each face edge being no more
than 15mm in length.

of
techniques to produce glass art
which retains elements of the
familiar as well as a little of the
ridiculous.
