'Ariel’s Song'

Responding to the song that
Ariel sang upon being dismissed
from Prospero’s service,
I placed flowers against a
silvered blue background
to represent the deep waters surrounding the island.

H 4cm, W 3.2cm, D 1.6cm

Flameworked sodalime glass
with a background of silver-rich
glass; partially chemically etched.
